I think I did, but honestly, I don't really know. He was a super rich guy, but didn't really work or flash his money. He "invested" in stocks. He kept his money in the form of gold krugerrands. I was told he was a bookie, and I believe it.
I knew him when he was much older, he would tell me stories about gambling and whatnot. Old man died two days before the LSU @ TN game in 2011. (It was my 21st birthday, only reason I remember that).
His family owns like seven greek restaurants in his area, from top dollar, to chinky pizza place.
If I had to guess, he was a member of organized crime.
