Are physical injuries the only thing you can collect damages on in NV? I don't know. I would think the bar is either liable or not. If a drunk crashed through your casino and caused $50 million in damages and the bar was shown to be negligent pursuant to state law, you and your business partners would certainly sue them, would you not?

The casino was successfully sued by his employer, who he was embezzling from.

I have no idea about Nevada law. Thing is this certain man didn't crash physically into anything. He continued playing, drinking and losing. It's all on him for not being an adult and understanding his limits.
