Yeah and I guess if he drugged her drinks that's all her fault as well.



I mean yeah I get it...people do have a choice to not drink to the point of being drunk. But when a person is already past that point...it's not always so black and white as to where the responsibility lays.


If that were the case...how come a bar can be held liable if someone REALLY drunk was still being served drinks by a bartender and then left the bar and drove off and killed someone?

It's personal responsibility .. So if the chick is so drunk, she doesn't know what she's doing, the dude liquors her further, then fricks her against what would be her will sober -- I.e. she's barely conscious .. is that her fault for being that drunk ? Using HC86's logic here ..
