So if a girl is at a bar drinking and is already drunk....and some guy keeps giving her free drink after free drink after free drink...in order to take advantage of her....you don't think some blame lies on the person knowingly feeding more and more alcohol to an already drunk person??

That sounds like you were really drunk, btw

This has nothing to do with that. It is just Rag bored and stirring up shite and I don't see the point. It isn't even new information.
Quit jumping to conclusions with my posts because you don't like me.

Ham's a cheese dick and his Bulldog buds are here to defend him .. Dunno why they are so offended by the assertion that he got her drunk enough to frick since that's what 80% of the dudes in bars are doing anyway ..

You can always refuse the drink

Lulz, this isn't a teenager. Paige is an adult, she can say no.

And have you ever been REALLY drunk and someone offers you another free beer or drink? Did you turn around and slurringly say "nah man, I'm good"?

OK .. That's what happened then .. Team Bulldog ..

Come on, Nurse. It is the person who is drinking fault.

Now taking advantage of an inebriated woman is a different story. Peer pressuring people into taking a bunch of shots is too. But people usually know when they need to stop and it's nobody else's fault if they don't imo.

The guy that clearly knows the .22 BAC chick flopping in his arms, barely able to complete a sentence is drunk and is buying her more drinks to bang her has NO culpability ? Really ?

Yeah and I guess if he drugged her drinks that's all her fault as well.
I mean yeah I get it...people do have a choice to not drink to the point of being drunk. But when a person is already past that point...it's not always so black and white as to where the responsibility lays.
If that were the case...how come a bar can be held liable if someone REALLY drunk was still being served drinks by a bartender and then left the bar and drove off and killed someone?
