Well...it's not like I'm there everyday for several hours. One day I could just be there for 30 minutes doing some cardio. Or I don't go to the gym but go do cardio elsewhere.
Whatever it takes to keep it a habit. It's not something I just love to do...so if I go more than 3 days without going...it's easier for me to make excuses to not keep going.

Yeah I'm supposed to be doing other stuff outside of personal training twice a week. She wanted me to do a pilates class as well. I thought I'd do it at home because it's already so expensive. $300 a month until I meet my $600 out of network deductible

You just have to find stuff that you actually enjoy doing.
Also...doing stuff like pilates and yoga at home has one huge benefit....you don't have to feel self conscious that you look like an idiot compared to everyone else in the class that has been doing all the poses longer

No shite .. frick exercise on Sunday .. It's a drinking Funday for me .. I miss drinking with Bushmaster, Festus, and GtG on Sundays ..
