So, basically, Bourbon Street is going to be loaded with people smoking on the street for a solid 5 or 6 blocks. It's going to be tougher to avoid smokers than it was when some of the bars were smoke free and the smokers were sitting on their barstools.

Can't wait til they start clearing the street early morning on Ash Wednesday and you see a line of these.

yeah....because second hand smoke is the worst hazard to your health while in the french quarter.
