Non gameplay related: the characters are great. The time mechanic makes you care about characters' problems and feel attachment to them.
The side questing system is amazing, the best in any zelda game so far. You can beat the dungeons and beat the game or you can do the side quests too and really take advantage of how cool the time mechanic actually is.
You have to embrace the fact that you are making progress even though you have to reset at the end of the third day. If you came close to completing something but not quite, reset and with you new knowledge you should be able to get it the next time.

But how do you make any actual progress in the game if you have to start over every 3 days?
