Research doesn't just mean using the internet. Ask around and see what different people are getting charged. Do you have any friends in that town?

I'm lazy and you're the one who didn't bother to read the OP.

I said right off the bat that I'm pretty confident $32/application is the cheapest I can get, so Im well aware of pricing.

And I'm new to this part of town, but again, thanks for your stellar contribution.
