401k is with Fidelity.
ROTH with Vanguard
This is true for both of us.
We'll probably not be able to contribute to a Roth soonish(ROTH phase out) so I'm not hung up on the decision since it will be made for me.
I mention this as I imagine perhaps maybe your SO may make some money owning that practice?
