After a decade of soft top life I can say without a doubt get a hard top if you like a clean cabin.
My old YJ Wrangler, when it was on the road, sucked with a soft top and stayed dusty and dirty. I insisted on the hard top on my JKU and would never consider going back.
Like others have said, if you have a carport or garage just get a hoist and removing it takes less than 10 mins.
