What if its around 60% more and you have to move 900 miles away from everything you know as home?

50 to 75 percent, and would have to think about it a lot. I don't make a ton, but I love my job and my coworkers.

I live frugally so that I can stay in a job I love and that gives me a good quality of life.

Definitely a no then. I'm not relocating, all of our family is within 20 miles. Although I'd move to Hawaii in a second if my wife would agree.

The position I'm being considered for really just bumps me into a consistent project lead role. I'm an IT consultant now, so whatever the client wants is what I do at that time. Gets a little old sometimes.
