I don't think it is possible for me to get a sweeter gig than what I have now, tbh.

I've got excellent benefits, made a nice salary with annual end of the year bonus that is anywhere from 15 to 30k, and got a 20% salary increase a few weeks ago. I've never worked for a better boss, have excellent job security, make my own schedule for the most part, short commute to work, and family is priority #1 within the company.
