I'm curious about the guys who take the bids and make the various rooster calls to alert the auctioneer. How do you interview for that? Can you imagine the conversations between the various ones to determine their distinct calls?
"Bob I'm gonna do a 'caa Caw!' I'm gonna need you to 'coo coo' ok?"
