I usually scan and read all the sites on signing day. Watch ESPNs coverage(though not a fan but they show live announcements) and then go back and forth through all the sites. Of course my first allegience is to what we do but I'm interested in all the national stuff to and its fun to watch other schools excitement and meltdowns without any investment in it. Its interesting.

All of the national sites run open, free threads on signing day so you can't really go wrong. Only the team sites are behind a pay wall on signing day. I like to get every perspective so I read all the open threads on every site
