Hip hop...I am proud of your optimism concerning this year's team.

Not really sure how talented this team is. Every game is a close game. Beating Florida and West Virginia on the road is eye opening but losing to Missouri and Auburn leaves you scratching your head.

I truly don't know the talent value of this team ergo I don't really get excited about what this team can accomplish. Coach Jones is recruiting well but there are doubts about his coaching acumen. Not sure what grade to give coach Jones.

Are we grading on the win total alone ? Sec win total ? Making the Dance ? At some point an evaluation must be made on the program. Jones contract expires at the end of next season. How much rope does the coaching staff get ?

I support LSU but I completely understand the apathy that is present. Hopefully, there will be brench marks that need to be met for Jones and his staff. Some expectations need to be clearly defined with this program.

Don't know but I do know Johnny will get more than a fair chance, probably more than most because of who he is, who he knows and the recruits he has coming in.

But I hope there are bench marks.
