Who was better that we know would have taken this job? Smart may have never left bama. Brick has far less experience as a DC than Steele, yet people would have been ok with him being promoted

I'm not blaming anyone for their opinion, just give the guy a chance. If he flops, then we move on. He has plenty of talent to work with here and is known as a great recruiter. Everything is set up for him to succeed
