You definitely have to suspend your disbelief for the show.

I mean in the last two episodes of last season alone they had a shootout in the middle of a crowded hospital, a shootout in a church which left bodies everywhere, and a chic killing someone in a casino and ended up covered in their blood from head to toe; and yet no one ever got arrested for any of it. But all 3 incidents were pretty darn badass scenes.
And I like how Lucus has rubbed off on Brock and Soibhan to the point that now they are willing to go hunt down and kill the neo-nazi. I think that storyline (especially with Brock) will payoff down the line.
