Yeah I guess Vintage (wine and cigars) and Noble Savage (whiskey and allows smoking) would be the closest options for that. Just need to marry the two.

There are a few cool buildings down town that might make for a neat cigar bar set up. I do hit up Vintage on occasion. Its a weird scene though. Either there are 3 or 4 cigars lit and every one is cool with it or its packed with uptight shreveport wives that scowl at you just before firing up your stick.

It's for sale. $700,000. Not sure if that comes with the money laundering business or if you have to do that on your own.
