Miles doesn't know Shoop.
He wasn't going to know him after a 2-hour interview.
It would have been foolish for Miles to offer Shoop the job without more due diligence, I'll back Miles on that.
But Miles has still dropped the ball on this search so far.

It's been a WEEK people....I'm assuming none of you guys have had to hire someone, much less at a high profile position, with this type of $ discussion.
Did everyone think we'd hire someone the day after Chavis abruptly left??
