Chavis is the most responsible because he put us in this situation in the first place by leaving
Sumlin is the second most responsible because he gave Chavis the opportunity to do so (and I guess that's to Sumlin's credit)
Alleva gave Chavis the excuse to leave, and is likely part of the reason we haven't made a new hire yet
Miles is last on the list because he doesn't handle contract stuff but he does have some responsibility as he's the one going around interviewing potential candidates
