Not sure where you get the hate idea. His son works for the football team. (4 years). I heard O say on the radio he loves LSU and Les has been very good to him and his family. This kind of debunks your premise

I don't have a problem with Orgeron. Some may and I don't have a problem with that, but the reasoning you submitted is totally flawed.
