My boy Hull is going to take most everyone in Runs & SB each week, but he's going to struggle mightily to win the other 3 categories. He's definitely building this team for the future because the youth here is outstanding, led by Goldy, Harper, Heyward, and Betts. Lindor and Peraza are hanging around on the bench, but I'm afraid these will be better real life players than fantasy performers.

To go along with the offense, Hull's pitching is also built on youth. After Wainwright, you are looking at Pineda, Ventura, Gausman, and Syndergaard. I ranked them low because there is not a lot of proven results, but the rotation could surprise.

I don't think it's a surprise to 31 to see that his offense is going to be a struggle this year. But there is a core of youth being built around Joey Bats and Adam Jones. Machado is in for a breakout year, and I really like Rusney from the little I've seen. Buxton, Russell, and Correa are all waiting their turn and will be impact players when called upon.

The pitching I like, with the only issue being the ace is going to be out for awhile. But with a team that's probably not going to contend until next year, that's not a big deal. 31 does have one of the best set of closers in the league with Kimbrel, Jansen, and Mcgee.
