There should be a minor league for the jackasses that are marginal and still leave. They never intended to be a college student. They simply want to showcase and leave.
The NFL should pony up some money for a minor league rather than have colleges pay for them.

The NCAA would not like that as those guys are the cash cows for the TAFs of the world.
