Yup. You are right.
Yes, he should lose all stats, but it's too late now. You cannot retro change rosters. It has to be done same day. I honestly didn't notice he went over until your post.
That's why rule is:

Fair Enough.
So if Lou would have won the 4 cats on Sunday and 7-1'd you and nobody caught it until the next day then you would have been stuck with that result?
