Until the whole Travon thing, I was unaware hoodies were perceived as a black thing or a troubled youth thing. I see kids wearing them all the time. I don't get how a hoodie is suddenly some big negative thing. My kids have several each. From school sweatshirts to A&F and Gap. And when it's cold, they actually put them on their heads!!!!! My kids might be thugs.

I don't have a problem with people wearing hoodies, one of my best friends wears a hoodie. I just don't want my kids going to school and mingling with hoodie wearers. Maybe they could get their own school with other people who like hoodies, a separate school (but totally equal).
