No it wasn't. You could not clearly see where his knee was. Assuming his knee was up because of the other evidence in the video is not INDISPUTABLE evidence. You cannot assume anything, it has to be clearly shown.

I never saw a replay with his knee clearly up at the same time the ball crossed.
And by crossed I mean barely grazed on the pseudo goal line cam
