He's really not. He had one of the worst first round rookie seasons of all time and has actually been worse than that since EG went out. We all saw flashes of defensive ability (I'll never forget his owning Kobe on 3 straight possessions a few years back, even after Kobe called for the ball to try to take Rivers). He seems to be regressing on defense. He's just awful.

I don't wanna get caught holding the Rivers Support bag.. I guess my point was that he is an OK bench player on this team. By league standards he is an 8th man to end of the bench guy. Lack of depth demands he get a lot more play time than what he should be getting
