Jones got more reps as a result, and he was elevated to the 2nd team QB before the season started (when Miller got ruled out for the yr). it's not crazy to think that the OSU coaches put a bit more effort into getting him ready seeing as how he was 1 play away from starting at any given point. hell, he had Braxton there to help him out as well.
My point was that our top 2 never changed so I'm assuming that they received significant coaching. I didn't see improvement.
