i don't think chavis has that much impact

defense has improved but it was because of talent .fresh starts are sometimes very good. he wasn't a very good recruiter frank and corey and les in that order. they will be just fine.

Its an uncertainty just like you said. Personally I am not thrilled. I liked Chavis and The defense has been pretty reliable under him. The offense has been the weak link 4 out of the past 5 years. 2014,2012,2011,2010.

We will see how it pans out with recruting.

EDIT:
The flipside is that if we get a new DC and quick he might bring some prized recruits with him. How bout that.

Daylon Mack just cancelled his visit.

Kyle Phillips is off the table now.

And Uga will most likely decommit.

We've been 1 of the best D in the nation year in and year out.

Chavis had a huge impact and to think other wise is just asinine.

Remains to be seen

As if now there are 5 recruits we had a really solid chance of getting that are off the board now
