Yeah, he could have stepped away then. He didn't. But that's the thing, it wasn't really about just making money. There's always someone out there who wants that power more than anything. It was Avon. You saw it with Marlo later. It wasn't just about making money in that industry, and Stringer had to learn that the hard way. He also got his arse played by Clay Davis. He really had a list of errors, even if they looked good on paper.
