He was a great number 2, but when Avon got locked up he got in way over his head. Tried changing things way too dramatically. His biggest error though, by far, was going after Brother Mouzone who was on another level intellectually.

when avon got locked up, they had their best financial success and he set things up so that they could own things legitimately and outright
