Are you saying we tank every season and just pick early every year?
The Raiders and Patriots are proof that the draft isn't exactly a lock that if you draft early you get better players.

Are you serious with this question?
This one season. This was a lost season once they shite the bed against the Panthers and Falcons at home. For all the super fans who cared that they won, why didn't the Saints give a frick when they could be going to the playoffs had they just won one of those games? Instead, they lost both and there is no playoffs this year.
Winning game #7 did nothing for the franchise. Nobody wanted this scenario. Your question makes no sense as we would all rather the Saints in the playoffs. But since they suck this year, why not get as high a draft pick as possible?
