did little bit of research this morning. His encyclical will be on creation, so it will likely focus on God's creation. Which will include care for the environment.

What I expect to happen is people will read this encyclical and jump on a phrase or two take it way out of context and misrepresent the Pope.

The Pope may give some new perspectives on the Churches view of the environment but I don't expect any major changes. Even though likely the media will say that he is changing a lot.
