There's a new restaurant where Les Bon Temps used to be, I believe. Does anyone know what it's called? On Perkins by Rotolo's.
TIA

And when this one closes and the next restaurant opens there, please let us know what you think of that one too.
I feel for such restaurant owners while at the same time I'm angry. These restaurants should have never been opened. The time and money lost was preventable. As with writing a book or giving a speech, know your audience. Know the people that live, work, shop and play in your restaurant's trade area, for that is who the restaurant is for, not the owners and not for the chef. Frankly, nothing about that area says, "ultimate upscale dining". Something similar to Dempsey's is more fitting.
