In this situation, the battery on a LEO felony charge is way more of an issue than the remaining after forbidden charge.

So, was the police officer charged with any crimes after video evidence clearly shows that he lied about being attacked by the kid on his police report? Not on that but he assaulted the kid and the girl he had his arm around.
Also, what will become of the cop who swiped the phone from him? Nothing, right?
