Some of these parks are national side grounds, and don't have regular tenants, like Wembley and Croke Park. They don't have as much atmosphere as T.S.
On the other hand, the Nou Camp and Bernabeu top current T.S. They both house one club which plays more than once per week. People in these places don't leave at halftime, even when playing minnows. They don't stop cheering or singing for the entire 90 minutes the way T.S. does, with the exception of the student section.
