Just to be clear, did he place ALL of the blame on them, or is he willing to spread the blame to both sides?

he blamed the public figures for giving an avenue for citizens to protest at the levels that they are via race baiting and escelating tensions. he did not blame the public figures on the actions from both sides themselves but was making the point that the mayor, holder and obama could have addressed this situation in a different, more calming way. he is a man in blue so of course he will take that side but the points he brought up were very valid. he made sure to say he's just trying to give a counter argument to what the media and politicians are addressing.
