Because its Michigan. Harbaugh would "fix" Michigan in 2 years. His recruiting classes will be as good as anyone's not named Ohio State or Alabama.
When good coaches get to these types of schools, they play for Conference titles on the regular. When great coaches get to them, they dominate. It is, what it is.
