No, the type of race-baiting that you alluded to, however, is not likely to affect groups or individuals indiscriminately. It has a target audience and I would imagine that that group absorbs most of its effects. I mean a "revenge" motive for this kid can't be ruled out, but on its face there is nothing in this case to suggest that a Hispanic kid was "race-baited" into killing white cops for killing black men.

Don't know what's so unclear about that. You guys may want to take a step back from ascribing every cop killing from here until the rapture to the Michael Brown and Eric Garner cases (and of course the terrible politicians who gave the animals license to target cops).
