If you suck at throwing, aggravated assault

Might also be attempted homocide.

If they die that's homocide or manslaughter

If they are a fireman, police officer or cab driver, could be first degree charge but they'd have to show specific intent to kill or inflict great bodily harm

If they get in wreck and someone dies, add felony murder charge.

Way too many permutations to say for sure....but go for it.
