That's for lead shot. Are you supposed to shoot steel with a full choke? I dont think so, but I could be wrong.

Steel does generally pattern better than unplated lead because it's harder and stays round, or at least that's the theory.
I've been shooting squirrels/rabbits with fiotchii lead and what I've pulled out was still completely round.
