I don't see how that's much of an advantage when everyone you fight with and against has the same thing

Heroes - Thor, Sif, Odin, Warriors Three, Heimdall, Frigga, Captain America, Falcon, Black Widow, Nick Fury, Agent Coulson, Daisey "Skye" Johnson, Deathlock, Agent May, Iron Patriot, Hawkeye, Starlord, Gamora, Drax, Groot, Yondu
Villains - Obadiah Stane, Raza, General Ross, Emil Blonsky/Abomination, The Other, Laufey, Algrim the Strong/Kurse, Ronan the Accuser, Winter Soldier, Brock Rumlow, Batroc, Scarlett Witch, Quicksilver, Lorelei, Absorbing Man, John Garrett, Blizzard, Blackout
there are probably a few more and some of these would be debatable depending on your definition of super hero/villain
