Had an engine go out on a plane at 35000 feet going from las vegas to new orleans. The amount of screams, cursing and absolute panic was terrifying. They diverted my plane back to las vegas and put our asses right on another plan to new orleans. I got an email from southwest a week later offering us a $200 credit for a flight anywhere for the next year.

I was recently on a flight with insane turbulence that got hit by lightning.
It was one of those planes with only one seat on one row and two on the other. So small I could only hunch over to walk around. Got thrown around like a ragdoll.
The lightning was blinding and so loud you could feel it in your organs. People were calling their families and shite. frick flying.

Had an engine go out mid flight on Christmas eve from Barbados to Miami. That pilot landed the plane in less than 10 minutes in Puerto Rico. AA got us on a new flight and made it back before Christmas. Craziest day ever.
