My SO... RIP... had severe avoidance issues that were so bad she wouldn't even take care of herself. That led to our divorce and ultimately her early death at age 49.
So I vote mental issues are more difficult.

I think physical but to be honest it's not exactly difficult to see mental illness in most women once they are past 25.
It's a matter of seeing them for who they are, not who you want them to be.

Physical illness, I tried staying and dealing with mental issues and they just destroy you too
