The correct answer to all of this is that there are too many four year colleges of the touchable schools there should be two in Gods country and 3 in the south... To match appropriate population centers and preserving academic integrity as much as possible the solution is as follows Tech merges with lsus and moves all programs to shreveport. It is more practical as it provides a balance with lsuhsc there. Ulm remains untouched and possibly absorbs some remaining tech programs.

Among the south la schools it is highly impractical to have a four year university every 40 miles down I 10. As such ull and mcneese merge in lake charles
Lsu remains untouched. Selu and Nichols and uno combine in new orleans.

This is the only practical solution preserving our more cherished schools untouched and improving the others and placing them in the most viable community.

You are one stupid frick. Yeah, it makes perfect sense to merge UL into McNeese. UL is the second largest uni in the state, enrollement is darn near 20K and growing, we are desiginationed as a 'statewide' uni, vs msu and its 'regional' statues, Lafayette is the 3rd largest are in the state, etc., etc., etc., So of course, it makes perfect sense in your little mind to merge everyone into msu.

Makes total sense - let's shutdown SLU as a 4 year university causing 15k students to instead have to move towards UNO which is a complete clusterfrick of a school in a unsafe neighborhood. That'll solve everything, even if they don't have the staff, resources, or buildings to educate 25k more students from a retarded plan such as yours because you've never been to Southeastern - only know it as "not LSU" because you're too slackjawed to do any damn research about the economic impact of that "non-LSU" campus on the northshore.

Lets also completely demolish the city of Hammond while we're at it since it will become a virtual ghost town without the student or teacher population to remain viable. More unemployment is always a great thing! Lets also just abandon the campus entirely which has spent MILLIONS getting new dorms, student union, parking garage, track & field stadium, etc in the name of dumbassery that you've presented.

My solution is that you should post less.

McNeese is less than half the size of ULL
