Personally, I'm not extremely opposed to the cops listening in to me if they believe I am committing a crime. I hope that I never find myself in that sort of situation, but if I do, I hope that still have enough sense to use more covert means of communication anyway. So, like I always say, if you're not hiding anything, whats the big deal?
Now the idea of it being illegal to film cops is a pile of shite. If they are following the law, then the recording should only show legal activities, right? Should be able to film them for at least 24 hours without a permit, right?
