No knock warrants are fricked up if preservation of evidence is the top priority instead of taking the truly violent criminals into custody that pose a threat to the community.

Evidence isn't worth anybody's life being ended man.

Absolutely not. Just pointing out how they get sanctioned for not obviously dangerous suspects.

I would be comfortable with them being declared outright unconstitutional (except in a hostage type situation), but there should at least be a very strict framework of guidelines.

If it is just some dangerous suspect alone in a building, why even go in at all?
