re: Paris/London hotels and location

Honeymooned at the St James Court Hotel, Buckingham Gate. Super nice,but a little pricey. Quiet though. Couple of blocks from Buckingham Palace, Scotland Yard, and Westminster Abbey. We split between London and Paris. Took the Channel train ,which is cheaper than flying. Stayed at the Marriott Champs-Elysees, which was outstanding, and dead center Paris.
