I manage repo houses for banks. I break into houses as soon as people move out and secure them for the bank then we clean them and repair them to get them ready to convey or go on the market so yea I find some good and weird shite.
I also buy a few here and there to flip.
I always like to walk through them and take the good stuff before letting my workers loose.

I work for a mobile home lender, and we have a guy that does the same thing you do but for mobile homes. So take the trashy shite you see every day and multiply it by 10
