This OP is less of a "gosh, why can't everyone afford to live in the most expensive and sought-after neighborhoods in town??" and more of a "look what great taste I think I have!"

Yeah, but there's a difference between cheap and cookie cutter.

I live in Mid-City for the same price or less of these neighborhoods.
